Returns — 14-day voluntary policy

LOTLOT offers a 14-day return policy as a courtesy. It is not a legal right, but we are happy to honour it.

• The item must be unused and in good condition.
• For a change of mind, the return postage is paid by you.
• We refund the item price. The original shipping fee is not refunded, unless the law requires it or we decide otherwise.

If something is wrong

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, that is separate from a change-of-mind return. Contact [EMAIL] with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out — replacement, repair, partial refund or full refund, as the situation allows.
