Last updated: [DATE]. These terms are written in plain language and are not a substitute for legal advice.
These terms apply to all sales made through the LOTLOT website to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland. LOTLOT currently ships only within Switzerland and does not offer cross-border sales to the EU, the UK, the US, Japan, or other countries.
Many LOTLOT objects are small-batch, hand-assembled, modified, printed or otherwise reworked. They are made in limited runs and often from found, repurposed or commercially sourced materials that are then altered by LOTLOT.
Because of this way of working, minor differences between individual pieces — and between a piece and its photograph — may occur in colour, print, surface, dimensions, material and assembly. These differences are part of the making process and, where they do not affect normal use, are not to be treated as defects.
Variation is part of the object.
Product images are representative. Screen settings and small-batch production can make the actual item look slightly different from its photo.
All prices are shown in Swiss francs (CHF). [VAT NOTE]
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change. An order is accepted only once payment is successfully received and LOTLOT confirms the order. LOTLOT may decline or cancel an order before confirmation, for example if an item is no longer available.
LOTLOT ships only within Switzerland. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays can happen, especially for made-to-order pieces.
Please check your delivery address carefully. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was wrong, contact [EMAIL] as soon as possible so we can try to resolve it. Extra costs from a failed delivery may, where lawful, be passed on to the customer.

LOTLOT offers a voluntary 14-day return policy. This is a commercial courtesy provided by LOTLOT — it is not a statutory right, and Swiss law does not grant a general 14-day cancellation right for in-store or most online purchases outside specific distance-selling situations.
To use this policy: contact [EMAIL] within 14 days of delivery, return the item unused and in good condition, and you will receive a refund of the item price. The customer pays the return postage for change-of-mind returns. The original shipping fee is not refunded, unless the law requires it or LOTLOT decides otherwise.
This policy does not apply to items that have been clearly used, damaged, personalised or made to order, except where Swiss law provides otherwise. Such limits are applied carefully and in line with Swiss law.
This is separate from the change-of-mind return above. If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, has a genuine defect, or is not the item you ordered, contact [EMAIL] promptly with your order number and, where helpful, a photo.
Depending on the case and on what Swiss law requires, LOTLOT may offer a replacement, a repair, a partial refund or a full refund. LOTLOT does not seek to exclude liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The images, graphics, texts, publications and original designs on this site that belong to LOTLOT are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights and remain the property of LOTLOT or its licensors.
Trademarks, brand names, materials and original components belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site implies that LOTLOT is authorised by, or in a partnership or endorsement relationship with, any third-party brand, unless that relationship is stated openly on the relevant product page.
These terms and any contract with LOTLOT are governed by Swiss law.
LOTLOT's liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Swiss law, including mandatory consumer protections.
Any disputes are subject to the exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts, as determined by Swiss law.
